Return & Exchange Policy

Because our products are made to order, we are only able to offer returns or exchanges in the case of:

  • "Misprinted or damaged items"

  • "Incorrect sizing received (if it differs from the order)"

To Report an Issue:
Please email hello@unitedwelive.co within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

Please note:

  • "We cannot offer returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges due to production facility policies."

  • "Refunds are issued to the original payment method."
